The main objective of the px solution is to relieve clients of the responsibilities associated with the day to day operations of the asset via a dynamic and unique offering. This allows our clients to concentrate on the development of their core business whilst retaining overall strategic responsibility.
px is focused on operating assets with highly skilled teams, to optimise performance and to maximise profitability in a safe and forward looking manner. px's strength in depth and existing infrastructure means that competent OM&M services can be provided at a lower cost than would be involved in setting up an equivalent stand-alone structure. px's model also provides a flexible platform whilst cushioning the asset owner from day-to-day operational issues.
The systems and procedures used by px are of a world class standard and have been benchmarked as being equal to, or better than, other blue chip and oil & gas majors. Reference is drawn to the px operated Teesside Gas Processing Plant (TGPP) which is classified as a top tier COMAH Facility. The same systems and principles for O&M delivery used for TGPP are used consistently at the other operating sites.
